The equipment adopts an intelligent temperature control mode, which enables real-time monitoring and automatic temperature adjustment. It keeps materials within the optimal fermentation range throughout the whole process, improves organic matter decomposition efficiency and fermentation stability, and is applicable to various aerobic fermentation processes for livestock and poultry manure and organic wastes.
It recycles waste heat generated by fermentation and is equipped with electric or steam heating devices, maintaining a high-temperature fermentation condition of 55–70℃ even in low-temperature environments.
The heat exchange and auxiliary heating system serves as a key supporting device to ensure the stable operation of the fermentation process. By precisely regulating material temperature, it provides a suitable metabolic environment for microorganisms.
The system recovers heat generated during fermentation through waste heat recovery and circulating heat exchange to reduce energy consumption. Meanwhile, it is fitted with an auxiliary heating module to rapidly raise material temperature in low-temperature environments or at the fermentation startup stage, preventing fermentation stagnation caused by insufficient temperature.
Advantages:Energy consumption is reduced by more than 30%; it ensures continuous and stable operation in winter and improves the environmental adaptability of the equipment.
