The intelligent aerobic fermentation equipment for livestock and poultry manure is an integrated intelligent complete set of equipment, professionally used to treat organic wastes such as livestock and poultry manure, animal carcasses, municipal sludge and kitchen waste.
It is applicable to the harmless treatment and resource utilization of organic wastes including chicken manure, dry-cleaned pig manure, solid fraction after solid-liquid separation, sludge and food waste.
This equipment is adaptable to regions with high humidity and severe cold climates. It adopts a vertical closed tank structure, which reduces installation floor space.
Based on the principle of aerobic microbial fermentation, organic waste with moisture content ≤75% can be directly fed into the tank without adding any auxiliary materials. Aerobic microorganisms take organic matter in manure as a nutrient source and decompose it into small molecular substances such as CO2, H2O and NH2 through metabolism. Meanwhile, a large amount of heat is released, raising the internal tank temperature to 65 ℃ and maintaining it for 5–7 days. This process kills pathogenic bacteria, parasite eggs and weed seeds in manure, realizing harmless treatment.
Process Principle
Livestock and poultry manure is fed into the sealed chamber of the fermentation equipment. Through intelligent high-temperature aerobic microbial fermentation, odor and harmful substances in manure are rapidly degraded and converted into soil-friendly organic matter.
The fermentation temperature reaches 65–75 ℃, which effectively kills parasite eggs and pathogenic bacteria to achieve harmless treatment. The high-quality organic fertilizer produced after fermentation and maturity complies with the NY525-2021 organic fertilizer quality standard.
