The project covers an area of about 240 mu, with a plan to build more than 40 layer houses. Each house can raise 50,000 laying hens, with a total breeding inventory of over 2 million birds.
The project adopts a centralized manure treatment solution. It is planned to install 8 sets of 200m³ dual-system aeration energy-saving fermentation tanks, constructed in two phases with 4 sets per phase. The manure treatment area covers around 8900 ㎡ (13 mu) on a trapezoidal plot, measuring approximately 120m in length and 65m in width.
Phase I: Four fermentation tanks will be constructed, with automatic feeding as the main mode and hopper feeding as the auxiliary mode. The supporting workshop covers 4704 ㎡ with an effective utilization rate of 60%, which can store 4234 cubic meters of mature organic fertilizer, equivalent to about 190 days of production capacity.
This large-scale laying hen breeding base has a stocking capacity of 1.2 million birds. It can process 145 tons of fresh manure daily. After resourceful treatment by complete supporting processes, it can produce 42 tons of high-quality organic fertilizer materials per day.
The fermentation section covers an area of about 900 ㎡. Finished materials require 30 days of aging and curing, with a stacking area of around 2000 ㎡. The overall layout is compact with high treatment efficiency.
This large-scale laying hen breeding base has a capacity of 1.5 million birds. It can process 180 tons of fresh manure daily. After harmless fermentation and resource disposal, the average daily output of finished organic fertilizer reaches 52 tons.
