The high-temperature harmless disposal integrated machine for livestock and poultry waste adopts a compact integrated design, combining rendering and drying processes to meet small-batch treatment demands. Equipped with Sanyi’s leading high-temperature negative pressure rendering and drying technology, it complies with industry standards. It eliminates pathogens at high temperature and prevents pollution spread via negative pressure, achieving harmless disposal safely and efficiently.
Equipment Application
Suitable for farms, slaughterhouses, animal quarantine and supervision stations, and harmless treatment centers, it is used for the harmless disposal of dead animals and animal products.Adopting the high-temperature negative-pressure rendering and drying process, the equipment thoroughly kills pathogenic microorganisms and realizes resource utilization of treated materials. It can produce meat and bone meal (protein content: 50%~55%, usable as raw material for organic fertilizer) and industrial grease (applicable for biodiesel / industrial oil), achieving efficient resource recycling.
The whole process maintains the optimal content of protein and trace elements in materials. The treated products can be converted into renewable resources, balancing environmental protection and economic value, and perfectly fulfilling the comprehensive goals of harmless treatment, volume reduction and resource utilization.

Process Flow
- Pre-treatment and Crushing
Put dead livestock and poultry carcasses into the shredder. The carcasses are quickly shredded into blocks and automatically fall into the chamber of the rendering integrated machine, facilitating efficient treatment and high-quality finished products.
- High-temperature Rendering Treatment
The PLC intelligent temperature control system accurately raises the chamber temperature to 130℃, while the stirring shaft keeps running. The scientifically designed spiral blades perform continuous stirring to ensure even heating of materials. Under the working condition of high temperature and negative pressure, harmless rendering treatment is completed.
- Negative Pressure Drying Process
A vortex vacuum pump creates a negative pressure environment inside the chamber. Under the combined effect of negative pressure (≤ -0.06MPa) and high temperature (100–140℃), the materials are dried for 4–6 hours. Reducing ambient air pressure lowers the boiling point of moisture, and combined with heat conduction to accelerate evaporation, efficient drying is realized。
