Process Introduction
Our livestock and poultry manure treatment system follows a closed-loop, fully automated four-stage process, specially optimized for high-volume waste from large-scale chicken farms and intensive livestock breeding operations, with zero secondary pollution and maximum resource recycling. First, fresh manure is automatically collected and conveyed via a sealed pipeline to the solid-liquid separation unit, where high-precision 0.5mm screens quickly separate solid residues from excess moisture, eliminating excess water and reducing initial waste volume drastically. The separated solid manure then enters the uniform mixing module, where it is blended with targeted probiotic strains to kickstart aerobic fermentation, with no harmful chemical additives required. Next, the mixture moves into the fully enclosed aerobic fermentation chamber, where intelligent temperature and humidity control maintains optimal conditions for rapid decomposition, breaking down organic matter, killing harmful bacteria and parasite eggs, and eliminating foul odors through built-in biological deodorization. Throughout the process, wastewater is collected, purified, and recycled for farm cleaning or irrigation. Finally, the fully fermented material is dried and crushed to adjust moisture content to 20%-30%, turning raw manure into safe, nutrient-rich organic fertilizer suitable for direct farm application or commercial sale. The entire process runs automatically with real-time monitoring, requiring minimal manual labor and ensuring consistent, stable output for large-scale farming demands.
